"No price war, deep service commitment | A letter from the founder of Cross-border New Energy t
To every customer who trusts Cross-border New Energy, and to all our family members who have been with us along the way:
As I pick up my pen to write this letter, I don't intend to use too many official phrases. Instead, I want to speak my heart out to you all as a cross-industry entrepreneur.
We are called Cross-Border New Energy, and as the name suggests, we stepped into the photovoltaic (PV) industry with the original intention of "thinking outside the box". Instead of being swayed by the impulsive habits of the industry, we see things more clearly: the current PV market is fiercely competitive. In photovoltaic design and EPC engineering, everyone is competing on price and bidding, as if the lower the price, the better the chance of winning.
But I have never agreed with such "winning".

I have seen too many projects that accepted orders at low prices: in the design phase, they just casually use a template, without conducting on-site surveys or considering lighting and terrain conditions, and regardless of the actual electricity needs of the client, they just produce a drawing to get the job done. In the end, when the power station is built, the electricity generation far fails to meet expectations. EPC projects are even worse. After winning the bid at a low price, they secretly replace materials, simplify procedures, and perform construction carelessly. After-sales service is even more untraceable. Clients spend money on investing in photovoltaics, hoping to save money and make profits through it, but in the end, they end up with a mess of troubles. Repairs are impossible, operation and maintenance are difficult, and the losses outweigh the gains.
Such price competition undermines customer trust and tarnishes the reputation of the industry. It is definitely not the path we should take as a new energy company.
As a cross-industry entrepreneur, I always tell my team: We would rather take fewer orders than engage in a price war; we don't compete on price, but on service. This is not just a slogan, but the bottom line that Cross-Industry New Energy has adhered to since its establishment.

In photovoltaic design, we do not engage in low-price template business. For every client's project, regardless of its size, our team will definitely visit the site, conduct on-site surveys, measure lighting conditions, inspect the terrain, calculate the roof's load-bearing capacity, and align with grid requirements. Taking into account the different situations of industrial and commercial projects, household installations, and ground-mounted power stations, we meticulously refine our plans, considering how to arrange components to maximize power generation, how to select equipment for better compatibility, and how to avoid potential future hazards. What we want to offer our clients is not a hastily drawn blueprint, but a customized design plan that can truly help them make money.
During the later stages of construction, we will follow up and answer questions throughout the process, making adjustments whenever necessary to ensure that design and construction are not disconnected. This level of dedication cannot be bought with low prices.

As an EPC general contractor, we do not engage in "one-shot deals". Photovoltaic power plants are assets that will accompany our customers for two to three decades, not something that can be completed and then forgotten.
From handling the preliminary procedures, assisting clients in record-filing and grid connection, eliminating all tedious processes; to carefully selecting materials during construction, closely monitoring every step, ensuring project quality, without cutting corners or using inferior materials; to grid connection debugging, acceptance handover after completion, as well as later operation and maintenance, regular inspections, and prompt on-site troubleshooting, our commitment is to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process, ensuring that clients can rest assured from signing the contract to the power station generating electricity, and throughout its later use.
In the realm of cross-industry new energy, "cross-industry" transcends mere industries; it embodies a mindset. We eschew short-term gains and do not chase fleeting order volumes. We simply aspire to immerse ourselves, refine our services, and fortify our quality. Prices may vary, but service knows no bounds. Customers opt for us not for momentary savings, but for enduring peace of mind. This peace of mind is something we must steadfastly preserve.
Lastly, I want to say to all our customers who have trusted us, thank you for being willing to give up the temptation of low prices and choosing to entrust your photovoltaic projects to Cross-border New Energy. I also want to say to my team, thank you all for staying true to our original aspirations and not following the crowd.
In the future, we will remain true to our original intention: not to compete on price, but to deeply cultivate our service. We will diligently complete every photovoltaic design, conscientiously deliver every EPC project, earn trust with sincerity, win reputation with service, and work together with everyone to make photovoltaics a long-lasting and reliable industry.
Let's work together for mutual improvement.
